Street racer Mara Bagdasaryan goes at large
Infamous racer Mara Bagdasaryan, who was serving 24 days of administrative detention appointed to her by the magistrate court, leaves the detention facility on Wednesday.
The participant of Gelandewagen races held by son of the Lukoil Vice-President Ruslan Shamsuarov will work as street cleaner in the Sokol district after release. There she was assigned 595 hours of the compulsory works, during consideration of her cases on unpaid penalties.
According to spokesman of the Savelovsky Court of Moscow Konstantin Tymoschenko, who passed the decision on her administrative reports, court has not yet considered all the administrative materials about Bagdasaryan’s failure to pay penalties. In total there are 51 protocols, from them 47 are considered. Their hearing will continue on December 22.
Following the results of the court sessions, which were carried out during more than two weeks, Bagdasaryan was assigned 24 days of arrest, 595 hours of compulsory works and fines totaling 139 thousand rubles.
To recall, the girl, famous for her driving manner, dangerous to people around, was detained on Leninsky Avenue for wrong parking.
23-year-old Mara Bagdasaryan was targeted as a witness in the case of scandalous Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen races of Shamsuarov, previously having served 10 days of administrative arrest under part 1 Art. 19.3 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation.

Three officers of the Moscow FSB office, detained in June 2017, are defendants in the criminal case heard by the Moscow Garrison Military Court along with the retired MIA Major-General Viktor Trutnev. The official prosecution asked 7 and eight years’ imprisonment for them.
