Strangled mistress of former head of Ramenskoye District was HIV-infected.
The former official will have to undergo blood tests for about three months.
The deputy chairman of the Public Chamber of the Ramensky District, Yevgenia Isaenkova, who is believed to be the mistress of the former head of the District, Andrey Kulakov, and killed in her own Mercedes, turned out to be HIV-infected. The autopsy showed such results, REN-TV reports. The woman most likely did not know about the infection, since her latest tests turned out to be negative.
Kulakov is the main suspect in the murder case. The District Administration says that he has been in a secret affair with the murdered for ten years. Now, the ex-official will have to be tested for HIV for three months. The first analysis showed a negative result.
In addition, the channel’s source said that during the searches at Isaenkova’s apartment, a homemade Voodoo doll was found, as well as a picture of Kulakov’s wife, punctured by needles. Before her death, Isaenkova allegedly quarreled with Kulakov and threatened to break off relations if she had to continue to meet with the official secretly.
On the night of May 2, she left for a meeting, presumably, with Kulakov. On May 4, her body was found in a car in the woods; there were DNA traces of Kulakov in the vehicle. Shortly before the arrest, the head of the Ramensky District resigned.
