The man at the wheel was unable to provide the papers and tried to escape, reports Interfax. The guardians of law and order rushed to a pursuit and stopped the man. After that, he started driving again, hit one of the police officers and drove away.
Nevertheless, the driver of the foreign car was detained. In order to stop him, the policemen had to use service weapon.
The violator has been taken to a police division for further investigation. The police officer has been taken to a hospital.
