Son of well-known Moscow businessman responsible for fatal car accident
18-year-old major without driving license, escaping the traffic police chase, rammed the car of a native of Turkmenistan.
In Moscow, an 18-year-old boy without a driver's license on a Mercedes rammed a Hyundai. As a result of an accident, the owner of a South Korean car was killed on the spot. It turned out to be a 22-year-old native of Turkmenistan with Russian citizenship and having a residence permit in the Bryansk region.
The incident occurred on Saturday night near the observation deck on Vorobyevy Gory.
According to the media, Mercedes flew into another car when escaping the chase, organized by the traffic police. The young buster flew on red light, which provoked the accident.
In the Mercedes there was also a 17-year-old Muscovite, who was hospitalized with a broken arm.
This car was issued under a car sharing agreement for a certain adult woman – the driver had no driver's license. According to media reports, the father of the accident culprit is a famous businessman in real estate.
The cadets have been found guilty of an Attempt at Murder by a Group of Persons by Previous Concert and for Mercenary Reasons (part 3 of Art. 30, part 2 of Art. 105 of the Russian Criminal Code). They do not plead guilty.
