Son of KhMAD vice-governor who fell out from 7th floor checked for drugs and alcohol
In Khanty-Mansiysk, 22-year-old son of the Khanty-Mansiysk Administrative District vice-governor has fallen out of window from the 7th floor of a residential building on 3 Engels Street.
The incident came to light on June 9. The young man survided; he was taken to a district clinical hospital in extremely serious condition.
According to doctors, no traces of drugs were found in Andrey Putin's blood. As for alcohol, the question whether he was drunk during the accident remains open.
According to eyewitnesses, before falling, the young man hung on the windowsill, holding on to it with one hand.
The father of the injured, Aleksey Putin, has not commented on the incident involving his son.
Lieutenant General Oleg Troshin announced he is going to retire in May 2018. He is doing it following a decision taken a year ago – not due to non-existent issues with the agency reported by some local media outlets.
