Son of former Defense Minister Serdyukov sells summer residence for 350 million rubles
The building dd. early XX century is an object of cultural heritage.
The announcement of the sale was published online by real estate agency on Avito on January 27 of this year. According to the data published on the page of the site, the area of two-story house is 195 square meters. The building stands on a plot of 2 hectares. The ad states that now "it is conducted restoration repairs for modern living in the country house." The real estate agent told a correspondent of Fontanka in a telephone conversation that land with a house valued at 350 million rubles.
This is Dacha of A.M. Yukhnevich in the village of Komarovo dd. early XX century, which was included in the state register of cultural heritage sites in the summer of 2015.
Prior to 2010, land and building were owned by the Defense Ministry. During the Soviet period the dacha served as a countryside kindergarten for military's children. In 2010, the Ministry put up the site in Komarovo for sale with a starting price of 92 million rubles. As a result, the St. Petersburg businessman, brother of business partner of Anatoly Serdyukov Petr Usov bought land for 154 million rubles. Later, in December 2014, Dacha of Yukhnevich passed into the possession of the son of former Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, Sergey.
According to Margarita Vennberg, Ivan Rubin borrowed 40 thousand euros from businessman Vladimir Tyurenkov about a year ago. When Rubin delayed payments, Tyurenkov raised interest, and the amount of the debt increased to 70 thousand euros.
