Son of Dagestani ex-prime minister suspected of Incitement to Suicide
21-year-old Tomiris Baisaf jumped out of a window of the university building. Murtuzali Medzhidov was the last person with whom the student talked before the incident.
Son of ex-Prime Minister of Dagestan Mukhtar Medzhidov 22-year-old Murtuzali Medzhidov, was questioned in the case of Incitement to Suicide (Article 110 of the Criminal Code), the Mash Telegram channel reports. On Friday, April 13, a body of 21-year-old student Tomiris Baisafa was found with injuries pertaining to a fall from a high altitude. It is established that the girl jumped out of a window of the educational building.
According to eyewitnesses, Medzhidov was the last who talked with the girl, after which she jumped out of a window.
Earlier the investigation believed that Medzhidov pushed the student out of the window. Such testimonies were given by groupmates of Tomiris. Later it turned out that Tomiris liked Medzhidov, but the guy did not return love.
After their last conversation, she decided to commit suicide. As a result of the fall, she received numerous bruises and injuries, as well as broken ribs and head injuries.
The case of Incitement to Suicide was initiated by the Investigative Committee. The investigation did not level any accusations to Medzhidov.
