Inquiry officer raped by policemen was drunk
Police officers got her drunk, and she passed out, after which three of them took advantage of her helpless state and raped her.
The 23-year-old inquiry officer, who was raped by high-ranking officers of the Ufa police, had alcohol in her blood. This is reported by Mash via Telegram. According to the results of the medical examination, all four of them were drunk on the night of October 30. According to the victim, she was called into the office of her superiors by 34-year-old Head of the Department of Migration of the Ufa district Pavel Yaromchuk. Then, 52-year-old Chief of Ufa District Police Eduard Matveev and 50-year-old Chief of the Police Department of Karmaskaly District Salavat Galiev got the girl drunk, and she passed out. After that, the police officers took advantage of her helpless state and raped her all night. In the morning, she went to the Investigation Committee, where she wrote a statement.
A criminal case under Rape or Violent Sexual Actions was initiated. A group of officers of the MIA General Administration of Internal Security went from Moscow to Ufa for an internal investigation and clarification of all the circumstances of the incident.
“She was beaten and suffered multiple tissue breaks,” ProUfu.ru source said. According to another source, the rape was not planned in advance; “something simply went wrong.”
Some sources say the victim is the daughter (others say the niece) of Deputy Head of the National Guard in Bashkiria, Irek Sagitov.
In July this year, the girl graduated from the Ufa Law Institute and began working as an investigator in the Ufa district department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bashkiria. Department officers were aware that she was related to the OMON general. “They are not idiots to attack her and rape,” KP-Ufa source said. “I wonder how she ended up in their company in the first place. It is unlikely that the superiors would drink alcohol in front of their personnel.”
At the same time, classmates of the victim are ambiguous about her. Allegedly, she was involved in a number of scandals during the studies. About two years ago, one cadet got kicked out due to charges of harassment. After that, the girl was called “Shurygina in uniform.”
