Shootout in Moscow: one person killed, second hospitalized with head wound
The financial dispute escalated into fight with weapons.
Two people received gunshot wounds in the village of Izmaylovo near Moscow, for one it was fatal, the second was hospitalized.
According to Olga Vradiy, a representative of the regional head office of the ICR, on Saturday in the back seat of a car parked on Lebedyanskaya Street in Moscow, the body of a 32-year-old native of near abroad was discovered. He died from a bullet wound in the stomach. The 36-year-old partner of the deceased also came to a hospital with a tangent head injury.
As militiamen found out, a conflict occurred in Izmailovo between three men over the return of money for low-quality goods. One of the men took out a pistol and fired several times at his supplier of goods and his partner.
In fact, several criminal cases were initiated at once: under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder”, Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Attempt to kill”, as well as Part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code "Illegal circulation of weapons."
Gadzhiev was detained on June 14. A criminal case was initiated against him about participation in a terrorist organization (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code) and promotion of terrorism (part 4 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code).
