Senior Khachaturyan sisters returned from Serbsky Institute to pre-trial detention center

Kristina and Angelina Khachaturyans, accused of murdering their father, were returned to pre-trial detention center No. 6 after an examination at the Institute named after V.P. Serbsky, TASS reports, citing a statement of executive secretary of the Moscow Public Monitoring Commission Ivan Melnikov.
Earlier, lawyer Alexey Liptser said that the experts recognized the senior sisters Khachaturian sane. The youngest Maria, according to experts, was in a state of temporary insanity at the time of the murder. If guilty, she will be able to avoid criminal responsibility.
Kristina, Angelina and Maria Khachaturyans are accused of the murder of their father, Mikhail Khachaturyan. Khachaturyan's body with stab wounds was found on July 27 in his apartment in a house on Altufevskoe Highway in Moscow. The daughters of the man confessed to the murder and stated that they could no longer bear his abuse. The girls are charged with Murder committed by a group of persons on preliminary conspiracy (part 2 of Article 105 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation). The girls arrested since August.
