Saratov collectors threaten to rape debtor and her mother
The young girl called the police after the employees of a microfinance organization bombarded her with threats through SMS.
The police are conducting a check into the collectors' threats against the 22-year-old girl. According to the victim, she delayed payment on a microloan from one of the MFIs and is now blackmailed by the collectors.
In particular, the young men offered the girl to ‘work off’ the debt:
“You have half an hour to give the money back. If you don’t, you’ll have to work it off with your body. Let's write off the debt. Can you sing? You’ll do it with your throat! There’s just 5 of us! Take your mommy with you,” Volt.ru cites one of the threats.
