Russians killed in car accident in Egypt were employees of large Russian corporation
Three Russian citizens, two of whom were killed in a road incident on a highway in Egypt, were employees of a large corporation.
They were visiting Egypt on a business trip. This is reported by Pyaty Kanal referring to Russian consul in Hurghada Tuygun Aykhodzhaev.
The collision of the car, in which there were three Russian citizens working in Egypt and an Egyptian driver, with a truck occurred on the Zafrana-Razgareb highway in the Red Sea province in the morning of December 8.
The cause and circumstances of the accident are to be specified. The person who caused the accident is not identified. Egypt police continue to investigate the incident. It is known that the third Russian had suffered bruises and has already been sent home from the hospital; nothing has been reported about the injuries of the drivers.
To recall, Egypt is considered one of the most dangerous tourist destinations; dozens of foreign tourists have been killed in numerous accidents on the highways connecting Hurghada with Luxor, Cairo, as well as at Sinai.
