Rosneft decided to sue Federal Antimonopoly Service
The company has filed a lawsuit against the antimonopoly authority in the Moscow Arbitration Court.
Rosneft appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a claim to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia. The corresponding document was registered in the files of court cases.
According to the statement, the company needs to recognize the illegal actions of the FAS. Other details were not given.
Earlier, FAS officials issued a warning to Rosneft and Gazprom Gazenergoset, reminding companies of the need to sell on the stock exchange at least 10% of the produced gasoline. In particular, referring to the law on protection of competition, the FAS said that oil companies are obliged to fulfill the established standards for the transfer of petrol for sale on the domestic Russian market.
Officer of the FSB in Moscow and the region Pyotr Koryugin participated in the extortion of 2 million rubles ($34.800) from an Azerbaijani citizen, and he warned a drug dealer about a forthcoming search for 300.000 rubles ($5200).
