Roskomnadzor suspended crimerussia.ru domain name support
The pressure on the website the CrimeRussia increases. The next step of concerned parties became the non-support of one of our domains - crimerussia.ru.
On 24 November, on the editorial e-mail we received a letter from the domain registrar RU-CENTER, in which it was stated that on the request of the FSB the domain crimerussia.ru has not been supported any more. This action is illegal, because the litigation on blocking the domain has not been completed yet.
Lawyers of the CrimeRussia are now contesting the decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow on blocking that domain. The claimant, as well as in the history with our second domain - crimerussia.com, is Roskomnadzor, which appeals against improper defendants in different courts of the capital and condemns us for three weeks without any notice.
The received yesterday letter from RU-CENTER the edition of the CrimeRussia regards as the next stage of pressure on us. Apparently, customers of our block being the first persons of the Russian Federation Prosecutor General's Office resort to all sorts of pressure and outright pressing. Now, we are noticed that one of our domain is undelegated "in connection with obtaining by the registrar an appeal from the FSB Center for Information Security ref. number OU 2-1404 from 23.11.2016".
