Regional elections in Russia: Position of Novo-Peredelkino Municipal Council’s head removed for electoral abuse, taken by his deputy
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin dismissed the head and deputy head of the Novo-Peredelkino Municipal Council for "gross violations" during the election campaign.
Oleg Illarionov was appointed Acting Head of the Moscow District of Novo-Peredelkino. A representative of the Municipal Council told TASS about this. Previously, Mr. Illarionov served as the government’s first deputy head for housing and communal services, improvement and construction.
