Prosecutor's office denies involvement of their employee in assistant prosecutor's death during BDSM session

Earlier telegram channels reported that colleagues of Dmitry Nekrasov had taken part in the orgies the deceased had organized.

An employee of the prosecutor's office is not involved in the death of an assistant to Moscow Butyrsky inter-district prosecutor, Dmitry Nekrasov, the Moscow Prosecutor's Office told TASS in connection with reports of the media about this.

“Information about the possible involvement of another prosecutor’s office employee in this death and his arrest, which was published yesterday by some mass media, does not correspond to reality,” the supervisory authority told the agency.

Earlier, telegram channel Baza informed that 22-year-old assistant prosecutor Dmitry Nekrasov was found dead in Moscow. Numerous bruises and injuries were found on the body of the young man, his mouth was stuffed with his tie. It was reported that the man died from asphyxia during a BDSM session.

After that, several media outlets, including telegram channel 112 and Znak.com, reported on the detention of an employee of the prosecutor's office who is suspected of the murder of Nekrasov. A criminal case of Infliction of Death by Negligence was allegedly initiated (Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

A source of telegram channel Baza reported that Nekrasov had repeatedly organized orgies with drug use at his home. According to a friend of the deceased, prosecutor's office staff were present at these 'parties' more than once.
