Private carriers organized firefight on Don route
Criminal case is initiated over firing at gas station in Moscow region, which left one person died and two more wounded.
The conflict at one of gas stations in the Domodedovo district of the Moscow region was connected with repartition of spheres of influence between the private companies carriers which render transport services in this area, Gazeta.ru reports.
As the CrimeRussia wrote earlier, one person died in firefight on the M4 Don route and two were hospitalized with wounds. In total about 20 people – natives of Caucasus, - participated in the conflict. As eyewitnesses reported, a trip minibus drove to the restaurant in which there were attackers who opened fire.
According to some information, the injured men were rendering services of passenger transportation in all Moscow area. Shortly before the event they were demanded to leave the ‘territory’.
After a while, names of the two victims also appeared in network, they were 40-year-old Magomed Bikiev and a certain person by the name of Bukaev.
Meanwhile the police announced interception plan. Law enforcement authorities search for two cars — Mercedes-Benz registered in Moscow area and Lada with capital numbers. At the same time, according to Interfax, law enforcement authorities look for two GAZelle cars.
Upon the event criminal case is already initiated under part 2 of Art. 105 (Murder) and part 1 of Art. 222 (Arms Trafficking and Ammunition).
It concerns entrepreneur Dmitry Motorin, Boris Usherovich, a co-owner of the Group of Companies 1520, and Novoe Vremya board member, Ivan Stankevich. Motorin is accused of giving a bribe on an especially large scale, and Stankevich and Usherovich are charged with bribe-taking.
This week, the judicial debates in the trial of Vladimir Barsukov-Kumarin charged with creation of Tambovskie organized criminal group have been finished in the Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg. If the court upholds the stance of the state prosecution, the once-influential criminal ‘authority’ may be convicted to almost 25 years behind bars. In reality, this translates into a life term for the legend of criminal St. Petersburg.
