Bankrupted businessman Aram Petrosyan, who hijacked Citibank division on Nikitskaya street, pre-posted the video with a warning about the readiness to "go on weighty resonance violation of the Criminal Code”.

The video is addressed to the Russian President Vladimir Putin. In his video, man talks about the problem of the small business in Russia, calling the bankruptcy a disease. The businessman said that he expects not only all-Russian, but also a global resonance. Petrosyan said that this method - a last attempt to attract the attention of the first person of the country.
