Police detained Ruslan Shamsuarov's friend who fired at girl on Porsche
The Ministry of Internal Affairs officially confirmed the information about the detention of the bully, who opened fire at the girl driving a Porsche car on the 35th kilometer of the Kievskoe highway.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "a citizen, 23, was identified and detained by officers of the Criminal Investigation Department during the operational search activities." The police chief noted that the suspect was placed into custody.
Recall that a criminal investigation into the incident on the Kievskoe highway was initiated on May 26, under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Hooliganism). An unknown man fired a Porsche Macan car, the driver of which was a girl, from the pistol. She herself was not hurt, but the car was seriously damaged.
Later, Mash public page reported the detention of a suspect, who turned out to be 23-year-old Nikita Ivanov, a friend of Lukoil's vice-president son Ruslan Shamsuarov, a participant in the scandalous 'race at Gelandewagen' in Moscow in May 2016. Also, Mash said that the detained young man is the son of criminal authority Alexey Ivanov nicknamed Kipish, according to some sources, a member of the famous Solntsevskaya OCG.
