Poklonskaya: golden youth lost amor patriae and used to eating hot dogs
The former Crimean Prosecutor and now the Deputy of the State Duma rather sharply commented on the scandalous statement of Musa Bazhaev's daughter Elina, who wrote on her social network page that "Everywhere is better than in Russia".
Noting that the majority of young Russians have right values, Poklonskaya said to Life that the golden youth, focusing on Western culture, has lost amor patriae.
"They are adjusted under the pro-Western cultures, they eat hot dogs with ketchup, they eat chips! They lost, going abroad, the feeling of love, the basic one. I grudge these guys! Where are the parents?!" – Poklonskaya said.
The Deputy of the State Duma believes that the golden youth lost values, they are “confused and lost”. The reason for this Poklonskaya sees the freedom from everyday problems, the isolation from reality.
It is worth noting that the Elina Bazhaeva’s statement on the network caused a storm of popular anger. Some people advised the girl no longer appear in Russia, the Deputy Milonov recommended the MGIMO student forget about a career in the Foreign Ministry and the MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov promised to hold educational talk with Bazhaeva. The oligarch's daughter later admitted that she wrote the post with “stupidity”.
Natalia Poklonskaya has previously criticized the golden youth. In particular, she condemned the too soft verdict to the son of Lukoil Vice-president Ruslan Shamsuarov and young people around him, who had organized a Gelandewagen’s race in Moscow.
Once-successful banker Dmitry Ananiev is now successfully fighting against VIP shareholders of Promsvyazbank in the London High Court of Justice. The court has lifted the conservatory attachments earlier imposed on assets of brothers Ananiev following a motion brought by the plaintiffs. According to some information, the judge has made this decision after the banker’s revelations about money laundering schemes used in Russia by his clients, partners, and acquaintances. Why is Dmitry Ananiev taking revenge on his former colleagues and ‘high patrons’?
The investigators found two rifles, including one with an optical sight, seven thousand cartridges, 14 improvised explosive devices, ten grenades, 140 detonators, a rocket-propelled grenade and 14 rounds in the unfinished building.
