Perm official who shot sleeping bear urgently hospitalized
A subordinate of Vasily Utrobin does not disclose what exactly happened to him.
The Head of Yukseyevsky rural settlement of Kochevsky District of Perm Krai, Vasily Utrobin, who is suspected of illegal hunting, was hospitalized and does not contact journalists, reports Ura.ru, citing an employee of the Yukseevo administration.
According to the official, after the start of the scandal with photos of the dead bear, Utrobin went to Perm, where he was urgently hospitalized. His subordinate does not disclose what exactly happened to the official. “In the morning, he called and said that he was sick,” the official told Komsomolskaya Pravda.
Earlier, photos have been spread in the network in which Utrobin and former senior executive of a large energy company Nikolay Ilyushin pose with a killed brown bear near his lair. It was reported that hunters shot the sleeping bear in 2018. After the publication of the photos, the ICR began a pre-investigation check. The official was searched.
