Passenger who died along with Putin’s instructor identified
The second victim killed in the Robinson helicopter that crashed in the Moscow region was the leading engineer of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU) bureau.
Investigators have identified the second victim who died in the crash in the Solnechnogorsk district, Moscow region. This is reported by RenTV.
It was previously reported that the first victim was a pilot, Head of the Federation of Ultralight Aviation, Igor Nikitin, who taught Russian President Vladimir Putin to operate a ultralight trike. The second man who died was passenger Oleg Chernigin. He worked as a leading engineer in the student design bureau of BMSTU.
A pre-investigation check is being conducted into the incident. The disaster occurred near the village of Barskoe-Melechkino after departure from the Shevelino airfield. None of the locals has been injured.
