Pamfilova intended to feed migrant who attacked her with stun gun
The Central Electoral Commission head has commented on the attack on her house.
Central Electoral Commission Head Ella Pamfilova said that she would have helped the migrant if he had asked for food, rather than attacked her.
“If this person had really come for food, I would have helped him. A hungry man, how could I not have helped if it had really been food,” Pamfilova told Rasstriga.
According to her, investigators have yet to provide any official information about the criminal.
Previously, media reported that a visitor from Kazakhstan had broken into Pamfilova’s house, hoping to find food.
Earlier, law enforcers detained the 36-year-old migrant from Central Asia. On September 6, a masked man entered Pamfilova's house in Istra. He tased her several times and disappeared. Pamfilova said she actively resisted the attacker.
