Paid in cash. Video of Vladisalv Roslyakov buying ammunition appears online

Video of Vladisalv Roslyakov (who is behind the Kerch college massacre) buying ammunition in a local arms shop Sokol has been posted online. One can see from the video that the young man is getting out money, counting it a few times, and holding it in his hands, while the salesman is filling out paperwork. The guy’s looking about all the time, contemplating the shop-windows while being calm in appearance. As soon as the arrangements that took 5 minutes were made, Vladisalv Roslyakov put the ammunition in his backpack and left the shop. According to RIA Novosti, the arms shops confirmed that Roslyakov bought a 12-gauge shotgun and 150 shells on October 12.
“We always require a weapons permit when we sell ammunition. The information that he bought a weapon from us is incorrect.” The shop’s representative said.
It was reported earlier that Roslyakov had seen all the doctors - including a psychiatrist - and received a clean bill of health. He received his firearms license on September 8.
Explosion and shooting launched by a 4-year student Vladisalv Roslyakov took place at the Kerch polytechnic college in the daytime, on October 17. Later, the 18-year-old shooter’s dead body was found in the library. According to the recent data, 21 persons died following the attack. His parents have been summoned for questioning. The Investigative Committee is working on the case under item 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mass killing).
Businessman Mikhail Derbenev’s death year ago and "Tyumen-Sevastopol" partnership: where’s the link?
In early June last year, 40-year-old Director of the state-owned unitary enterprise Proekt Razvitiya Balaklavy ('Balaklava Development Project') Mikhail Derbenev was found dead in his Sevastopol apartment. He died under mysterious circumstances, and his death was preceded by a scandal about 380 million rubles ($5.9 mln) from budget of Yugra that disappeared in offshores in Cyprus and Seychelles through OOO Lloyd-Patterson, the founder of which he is still him. The CrimeRussia was figuring out what could have caused the businessman’s death, what is the connection between Tyumen, Yugra, Sevastopol and Karachay-Cherkessia, how the governor Ovsyannikov develops Balaklava (and does he?) and why the head of the Ministry of Construction Vladimir Yakushev and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin have been spoted in this story.
