The founder of Ekstrim Servis LLC Vitaly Burlakov is the second defendant in the case.

The Investigative Committee has detained the second defendant in the case of fire in the children's camp near Komsomolsk-on-Amur. It is the founder of Ekstrim Servis LLC, Vitaly Burlakov, who actually owns the Kholdomi camp. 

Early on, Director of the camp, Maksim Kuznetsov, was detained. They are suspected of Rendering of Services Which Do Not Meet Safety Standards. 

The fire in the children's tent camp on the territory of the Kholdomi ski complex in the Solnechny district took place on the evening of July 22. In total, there were 26 tents in the camp; 20 of them burned down. 

At that moment, there were 189 children in the camp. According to the latest data, four children died, and seven more are in the hospital. Three of them are in critical condition; they received burns covering 90 per cent of their body.
