OSCE expert for cybersecurity shoots at taxi drivers due to traffic jam in the center of Moscow

Expert of the State Duma, the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe for cybersecurity and author of technologies of investigation of DDoS attacks has shot at taxi drivers due to a traffic jam in the center of Moscow.
According to AGN Moskva, a taxi driver contacted the police and said he had got in a traffic jam at Four Seasons hotel. While he was in the traffic jam, a young man approached him and in a rude manner told him to drive through. The taxi driver tried to explain there’s a traffic jam and no way to go, but the opponent refused to listen to that - he used foul language and shouted at the driver. After that, he pulled out a gas gun and shot at the taxi driver and his colleague who went to the rescue a few times. The gas got into the complainant’s eyes and clothes. He needed urgent medical attention.
The shooter has been detained. He turned out to be 33-year-old Ilya Sachkov, a co-owner of a Russian private company dealing with cybersecurity Group-IB and a member of expert committees of the State Duma, the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe for cybersecurity. He is also an author of technologies of investigation of DDoS attacks.
Police explored the scene. Details of the incident are being investigated at the present time.
