The minors filmed a video of how they throw stones at an elderly person, while cursing him.

Teenagers of 13 and 14 years, who threw stones at an elderly man and then attacked a group of peers, were in a state of mild intoxication, the press service of the ICR’s Investigative Directorate for the Omsk Region reports. The investigating bodies initiated a criminal case on hooliganism (part 2 of Article 213 CCRF).

The incident occurred on April 14. According to the investigation, the teenagers were running over the garages, and the 77-year-old owner of one of them made a remark to the schoolchildren. In response, the teenagers began throwing stones at the elderly man, as well as kick and punch him. The man had to grab an ax to scare the minors away. After that, the excited teenagers attacked four peers.
