The conflict occurred in 2013 between Ruslan Mavlyutov and a group of teenage nationalists, among whom there was eleventh-grader Evgeny Krikunov. Ruslan Mavlyutov was walking out with his girl, when a group of aggressive teenagers began to insult them on ethnic grounds. Then, a fight ensued. According to the investigation, 32-year-old Evgeny Mavlyutov, who pulled up on his black Infiniti by his brother’s call, struck the 16-year-old skinhead several times, and then shot the traumatic pistol Izh-MR-79 in the back of the fleeing teenager.
