Officer of FSO in St. Petersburg is suspected in robbery of teenager
Teenager blew the bike of the enforcer by firecrackers and the latter threatened him by pistol and picked out his phone.
In Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg it was detained a man, who perpetrated showdowns with teenagers of 14-16 years. According to Fontanka, young people exploded firecrackers when he drove past them on a bicycle. One of them hit under the wheel and damage it. The cyclist blamed teenagers. He went up to him and threatened him traumatic gun, picking out from one of them a cell phone. At the same time he called the police by himself.
Arrived guards detained the driver of two-wheeled transport. It was 26-year-old employee of the FSO. He tried to convince the police of the 42nd Division that the he did not threatened with the gun, and he picked out the phone from adolescents for making them not to escape.
Later, the Chief of the detainee from the Federal Protective Service of Russia in the North-West arrived to the police and took him. At the same time he was seized the gun. Now it is carrying out the examination.
The prosecutors want the former Russian Federation Council member to go to prison for 14 years instead of 9 and pay a 500-million-ruble ($8.8 million) fine instead of 70 million rubles ($1.2 million).
