Officer from National Guard Institute in Perm beats teenager

An officer of the Perm Military Institute for the National Guard Troops is tried for brutal beating of a 15-year-old.

According to the investigative bodies, the incident took place in February this year. A company of drunken teenagers was noisy in the entrance hall of the house, where the military institute professor lives. First, the officer's wife came out and asked them to be quieter, but the teenagers did not react to her request. After that, the man himself went to pacify the drunken company. It turned out that there were his son’s friends among the teenagers. The boys began talking rudely to the officer, who lost his temper and started beating one of them.

According to Chief of the ICR Military Investigation Department in the Perm garrison Sergey Afanasyev, the victim was seriously injured and had his internal organs damaged. Physicians diagnosed him with a rupture of the pancreas and the liver. The teenager underwent an emergency surgery.

"The boy is very short and thin, while the officer is a seven footer," the ICR representatives noted. As a result, a criminal case was initiated against him over intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm.

It is noteworthy that this professor of the Perm Military Institute for the National Guard Troops has been serving in the internal troops for more than 10 years and has a positive work characteristic.
