Number of evacuation at SVO victims increased
Two of the passengers were hospitalized.
Eight people were injured during the evacuation of Nordwind Airlines from Boeing 737-800, which was unable to fly to Yerevan from Sheremetyevo due to smoke. TASS reports with reference to the press service of the General Directorate of the Emergencies Ministry in the Moscow region.
“Eight people were injured during the evacuation along the inflatable ramps. Two of them were hospitalized,” said the agency interlocutor.
It is noted that the victims received minor injuries - abrasions and bruises. One person was hospitalized with ankle dislocation, another - with hypertensive crisis.
The remaining passengers are placed at Sheremetyevo Airport and awaiting departure by another aircraft.
Special commission work is ongoing. Experts called the decision of the aircraft team justified.
