As the CrimeRussia wrote earlier, the General Investigative for Internal Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration M of the Federal Security Service already started to study a corruption component in this case. It is remarkable that originally the forensic scientist who carried out the necropsy of the child’s body told journalists that he is confident in results of blood tests as he sent test tubes to the analysis and it is unlikely that the results were replaced. However after the repeated examination showed the absence of alcohol, and a legal investigation was taken under control of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Ombudsman for Human Rights of the Russian Federation and other instances, expert Mikhail Kleymenov departed abroad.

To recall, the accident happened in the yard of an apartment house on April 23. Alisova, moving on Hyundai Solaris car, hit the child, dragging him for about 10 more meters. The boy died from the got wounds. According to eyewitnesses, the car speeded about 50-60 of km/h, and the woman was talking on the phone. Alisova claims that the child is guilty himself as he rushed under the car. Six-year-old Alyosha Shimko was coming back from a walk with his grandfather, but he did not notice the car. The pensioner at this moment was carrying the children's bicycle in hands and did not manage to react.
