New details of inquiry officer rape by policemen in Ufa
Victim with her father

The girl investigator, raped by three senior officers in the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Ufa district of Bashkiria, came to the chief’s office not alone, but with a friend. The girls had an argument about the officer they both liked and started fighting.

Source of RIA Novosti stressed that both girls came to the office voluntarily, at the invitation of one of the officers.

However, according to the source of Komsomolskaya Pravda in the security forces, there was a conflict between the girls over a man. The publication writes that investigator Gyuzel has long sympathized with Head of the migration department of the Ufa region, 34-year-old Pavel Yaromchuk, and the sympathy was mutual.

However, the girlfriend of the girl investigator also liked Yaromchuk, as a result of which a quarrel with assault broke out, after which the girlfriend was forced to leave the office, and Gyuzel was left alone with three officers.

As The CrimeRussia wrote earlier, the incident occurred on the night of October 31. After a joint drinking of alcoholic beverages, two lieutenant colonels and a police major raped a colleague, a 23-year-old graduate of the law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, all night long. The victim, according to some sources, is the daughter of Deputy Head of the National Guard in Bashkiria Irek Sagitov.

After the girl wrote to the Investigation Committee a statement on rape (moreover, she had numerous injuries of tissues), a criminal case was initiated under the article Rape and Violent Sexual Actions. 50-year-old Head of the MIA Directorate in the Karmaskalinsky district, Salavat Galiyev, 34-year-old Head of the Migration Department of the Ufa region, Major Pavel Yaromchuk, and 51-year-old Head of the MIA Directorate in the Ufa district Eduard Matveev were detained in Ufa. The suspects said that group sex occurred by mutual consent.

However, all three of them were dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on November 1 for offenses defaming the honor of their uniform, and the next day they were arrested by the court until December 31.

A group of employees of the Main Directorate on Personal Security of MIA of the Russian Federation was sent from Moscow to Ufa for an internal investigation and clarification of all the circumstances of the incident.

Yesterday, in the rape case, the results of a DNA examination became known, which confirmed the fact of rape, according to GorObzor.ru, identifying the biomaterials of one of the suspects – Head of the migration department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Pavel Yaromchuk. At the same time, Yaromchuk's wife stated that on that night her husband was sleeping next to her at home.
