New criminal case initiated against Nemtsov's murderer

One of the convicts in the case of politician Boris Nemtsov's murder Temirlan Eskerkhanov became a figurant of a new criminal case. He is charged with an insult of the investigator, the case was initiated under the article Direct Contempt, MK writes referring to lawyer Anna Burchieva.
She specified that her client has not yet been charged.
According to the investigation, the insult was inflicted on one of the members of the investigative group, who spoke at a court session on the eve as a witness.
Recall that earlier it became known that the Supreme Court repealed fines of convicted in the case of Boris Nemtsov, but left terms in force.
The Kuybyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg is to consider the third case against Barsukov (Kumarin), as part of which he is charged with criminal community creation. Previously, the 'night governor of St. Petersburg' had been held in the Moscow's Matrosskaya Tishina pre-trial detention center. It is also reported that Barsukov is to be questioned in the case of Galina Starovoytova's murder.
