According to Zhanna Nemtsova, criminals need to be judged under article 277 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (infringement of life of the public figure), Nation News reports.
Her lawyer Olga Mikhaylova reported on Zhanna Nemtsova’s opinion, noting that the daughter of the politician is categorically discordant with the qualification of the crime.
Earlier Moscow District court has sentenced defendants in the case of Boris Nemtsov's murder to various imprisonment terms - from 11 to 20 years. The court appointed the maximum imprisonment term to the direct performer of the murder Zaur Dadaev.
