A mass brawl took place on a beach near Verkhnee Suzdalskoe Lake in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg. According to preliminary data, people from the Caucasus and Asia staged a scuffle - about 20 people participated, local media report citing eyewitnesses.

Police officers were called. Seven participants of the fight were detained. Two of them were also sent to the hospital for a medical examination. The rest spent the night at the police station and in the morning were released, Fontanka writes.
