National Guard’s anniversary to be celebrated with 19-million-rubles show
A corresponding request is available on the website of public procurement; the concert with big-name stars among performers is to be held in the Kremlin Palace.
The National Guard of Russia is not even a year old; its first birthday will be celebrated on April 5. It is planned to commemorate it in grand style. There is a document posted on public procurement website, prescribing the requirements for the celebration, for which 19 million 66 thousand 666 rubles has been allocated from the federal budget. The guards will celebrate at the Kremlin Palace – by March, the contractor who will win the tender will already have to create and harmonize the stage design sketch with the head of the National Guard.
The lion's share of entertainers, namely 80 per cent, as prescribed in the document, should have the title of People's, or Honoured Artist. And perform at least 20 numbers before the audience. Moreover, it is necessary that the guards are greeted by dance groups and children's choir. The party will also include special effects, "heavy smoke, fireworks, and other."
Obviously, the performance must be accompanied by a video demonstration about the history of the National Guard. Let us recall that it was established by presidential decree on April 5 this year. Former Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Viktor Zolotov is the head of the Guard.
On September 25, another person from in the Titov's list - lawyer Dmitry Pankov - returned to Russia under a recognizance not to leave. He was accused of divulging commercial secret and collapse of the deal for 700 million rubles ($10.6m).
