The deputy tried to speak at a rally against the construction of the multi-lane Southeast Chord highway.
In Moscow, the head of Tsaritsyno, Elena Samyshina, was booed at a rally against the construction of the multi-lane Southeast Chord highway as soon as they heard about her involvement in the United Russia party. The participants of the protest action shouted "Go away!", "Shame!"
Elena Samyshina is a municipal deputy, a professional doctor, she headed the Moscow Oncology Dispensary No. 4. Her speech at the rally was perceived by activists as PR of the party, whose deputies approved the construction of the highway. Samyshina did not answer the questions of the rally participants, and after a short speech, immediately left the stage.
Opponents of the project South-Eastern Chor" claim that it was adopted without the consent of local residents. The construction of the motorway involves cutting down green spaces, parks, squares, massive demolition of garages without providing parking for them, according to activists. In addition, according to the opponents of the project, the road will be built in unacceptable proximity to residential buildings, which will not only worsen living conditions, but also reduce the cost of real estate.
