Muscovite attacks policemen with flare to avoid arrest
Law enforcement officers suffer thermal burns.
Kaluga region policemen got injuries during the detention of a Muscovite wanted for fraud. The attacker struggled the arrest and threw a flare in them, the ICR Telegram channel states.
The report clarifies that the siloviki suffer thermal burns, one of them is hospitalized. A criminal case is initiated under Use of Violence against a Police Officer (Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
In addition, the ICR has published a video of detention on its YouTube channel.
Other details of the incident are not disclosed.
