21-year-old mother locked in her 3-year-old daughter with no food and water for a week in a city of Kirov. The woman was absent from February 13 till February 21. The dead body of the child was found by her grandmother (who came to the baby’s birthday) on February 21. Medical examiners determined the girl succumbed to dehydration.
