On September 9, the lawsuit to recover a certain amount was left without action.

Moscow’s Cheryomushkinsky District Court registered and left the Moscow prosecutor’s claim against employees of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) without any action. The employees mentioned in the claim are Alexey Navalny himself, Ivan Zhdanov, Vladimir Milov, Lyubov Sobol, Ilya Yashin, George Alburov, Oleg Stepanov and Alexander Soloviev. On the website of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office, Oleg Manakov is indicated as the acting head of the supervisory authority.

The court explained that the lawsuit was about the recovery of a certain amount from the defendants, but the essence of the claim was not disclosed. The consideration of the claim has been postponed until September 23.

Earlier, the Fly Auto car dealer filed a lawsuit against FBK for 1 billion rubles ($ 15,2 million). In addition, State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans, State Budgetary Institution Moscow Automobile Roads, and ANKOR LLC filed a lawsuit against the corruption fighters. The reason for the lawsuits was the costs and damage incurred during the protest rallies for admitting unregistered independent candidates to the Moscow City Duma.
