Asphyxia is indicated as the preliminary cause of death – there was a tie in the young man’s mouth.

Moscow’s investigative bodies initiated a criminal case on murder of Dmitry Nekrasov, 22, the assistant to Butyrsky Inter-District prosecutor (para. 1 of Article 105 CCRF), who was found bruised and with a tie in his mouth and BDSM-toys alongside. At the same time, experts concluded that death “is not of criminal nature,” Znak reports.

“[Death] could resulted from breathing during sexual entertainment. There are no other injuries on the body. Also, death from psychotropic drugs poisoning is not excluded,” the forensic scientist said.

Nekrasov’s body was found by his friend Vadim Mishukov, the head of the Zhilischnik SBE’s Directorate for the Severnoe Medvedkovo District. According to him, Nekrasov “often organized orgies at home calling homosexual sex-workers, while accompanying this with the use of narcotic substances.” Mishukov had the key to the victim’s apartment, as he asked to check in if he did not answer phone calls.

The police questioned Nekrasov's lover, Roman Ishmuratov, who came to Moscow from Yekaterinburg. As Ishmuratov said, he and Nekrasov began a relationship in August 2018, and he moved to live in the victim’s apartment before March 2019. “Bondage and suffocation were practiced in sexual intercourse,” Ishmuratov said.
