Former Head of the correctional camp No. 1 in Buryatia, Aleksandr Tretyakov, who came to Moscow after being promoted, has been taken to the IC at the Research Institute of Sklifosovsky with severe burns covering about 70% of his body. This is reported by Moskovsky Komsomolets, noting that the incident took place on May 12.
Tretyakov sustained injuries as a result of the explosion of a moonshine still in an apartment on Yuzhnobutovskaya Street, where he lives with his wife Svetlana and their daughter. According to preliminary data, the explosion occurred while the apparatus was in operation – the man was producing moonshine.
Tretyakov received burns of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree, however, he found the strength to give the first explanation of what happened, the publication clarifies. The wife and daughter of the internal service colonel were not injured.
It is known that the apartment belongs to Tretyakov's mother-in-law, who works as a judge in Buryatia. A few years ago, she bought a three-room apartment for her daughter and son-in-law using a mortgage loan.
The detention is related to the investigation into the abduction and murder of Tatyana Sidorova, a deputy of the Ramenskoye District Legislature, and three members of her family, which occurred back in 2012.
