Moscow court deports Ukrainian journalist Boyko
She violated the rules of stay in Russia.
The Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow decided to deport Elena Vishchur (Boyko), a Ukrainian journalist, to her home country on the basis of her violation of the rules of stay in the Russian Federation.
The journalist’s lawyer, Galina Perfilieva, said that she had received a copy of the court decision and would appeal against it. According to the attorney, she is going to visit her client in the migration center today and see the conditions she is kept in.
