The Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) intends to appeal the decision in the Supreme Court.

The Moscow City Court affirmed the decision at the suit of billionaire Alisher Usmanov against oppositionist Alexey Navalny and his Anti-Corruption Foundation. Thus, the complaint of Navalny and FBK against the decision of the Lublinsky Court was rejected, it came into force.

At the same time, the judges of the Moscow City Court corrected the decision, specifying that Navalny and FBK should delete not the whole He Is Not Your Dimon film, but only those parts that caused Usmanov's claims.

FBK lawyer Ivan Zhdanov told Interfax that the investigative film will not be removed, the FBK and Navalny intend to appeal the decision in the Moscow City Court presidium and the Supreme Court.

On May 31, the Moscow Lublinsky Court upheld Usmanov's claim, which claimed that the investigation of Navalny and FBK was defaming his business reputation. Although Usmanov disputed only those fragments of the investigation, which say that he bribed Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the court ruled to remove the entire investigation.

In connection with He Is Not Your Dimon, Ilya Yeliseev, who studied with Medvedev on the same course, sued against Navalny in favor of Sotsgosproekt Foundation. In the investigation, the fund is also associated with the corruption scheme for property management, which is used by the Prime Minister.
