Missing world kickboxing champ found dead
The body of the sportsman was found in the forest.
In Yakutsk, the body of the missing three-time world champion in kickboxing Innokenty Makarov was found. According to News.Ykt.ru, the corpse was found in the forest on the Vilyui tract. On suspicion of murder, a 36-year-old resident of Yakutsk was detained.
According to the investigation, on the night of November 6, Makarov and the suspect were drinking in a private house. During the get-together, a conflict broke up between them, which turned into a fight. The world champion in kickboxing could not make a stand and died from the injuries. The killer took the sportsman's body out into the forest.
42-year-old Innokenty Makarov left home on November 5, since then nothing was known about his whereabouts. However, relatives reported to the police about the disappearance only on November 13. A criminal case was initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Murder).
According to some information, eyewitnesses saw how on the day of the athlete’s disappearance the unknown pulled out the unconscious body of Makarov and dowsed into a black SUV, took him away for parts unknown.
Billionaire Viktor Vekselberg has repaid loans in the amount of $1 billion taken from the Western banks. Earlier, his Renova Group had received state support from Promsvyazbank. Renova representatives say they have repaid the loan with the company’s own funds.
Federation Council member Vadim Nikolaev whose son had gotten into a fight strongly suggested that the other kids and their parents dropped beating charges, making it clear that he had already been to prosecutors and the ICR and “gotten it all dealt with.”
The businessman agreed to exchange the assets of Liwet Holding, through which Vekselberg’s company owned the shares of high-tech European concerns, for the assets of his partners Evgeny Olkhovik and Vladimir Kremer.
