MIA intends to transfer Mara Bagdasaryan's case over sick leave's forgery to court
The criminal investigation against the infamous street racer is completed.
The Moscow police completed a criminal investigation into the falsification of sick leave. Now, the notorious racer to stand trial, the press service of the capital MIA Central Board reported.
Recall that Mara is charged with part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code Forgery, Manufacture, or Sale of Falsified Documents. According to investigators, the girl gave bailiffs fake medical certificate to evade execution of administrative punishment, previously assigned to her by the court.
As the police noted, the criminal case will soon be sent to the court for further consideration on the merits.
As the CrimeRussia previously wrote, on February 27 the magistrate court № 353, the Airport district, fined Bagdasaryan another 17 thousand rubles. Thus, the total amount of payments that she is obliged to pay off is 128 thousand rubles ($2200).
In December 2016, the magistrate court examined 72 cases of Bagdasaryan’s violations. She was sentenced to administrative arrest for 10 and 14 days, 595 hours of compulsory labor and a fine of 183 thousand rubles ($3150). On January 12, 2017 for truancy of compulsory labor the court placed her into jail again.
In mid-February, it became known about an initiation of the criminal case against the participant of Gelandewagen race with son of the Lukoil Vice-President Ruslan Shamsuarov on the fact of forgery of sick leave, which became the reason to ignore compulsory community service. On March 21 the court will consider the question of driving ban for the malicious traffic offender.
Lieutenant General Oleg Troshin announced he is going to retire in May 2018. He is doing it following a decision taken a year ago – not due to non-existent issues with the agency reported by some local media outlets.
