MIA General Aleksandr Gorovoy put an end to the daily road mayhem on the observation platform of Vorobyovy Gory in Moscow.

Gorovoy finally lost his patience after the spring season of street racing was opened. The roar of engines would reach the building every time and the citizens could not sleep at night.
"The Moscow police pointed out increased number of complaints from people living in the Vorobyovy Gory area that complaint about inconveniences caused by road users, disturbances of public order and a high level of noise," said official MIA spokesperson Irina Volk.
From now on, the police will have to block traffic near the observation platform to prevent road accidents.
