Nutritionists have compiled a menu for ex-official Natalya Sokolova, who until yesterday held the post of Minister of Labor and Employment of the Saratov Region. Sokolova was dismissed after the statement that for the "minimum physiological needs" 3,5 thousand rubles per month is enough.

Doctor Mikhail Ginzburg proposed a diet that includes complex carbohydrates: coarse bread and cereals. The list of products included one chicken and 3 kilograms of pollock per month. Also 200 grams of bread per day, 100 grams of rice and other products. The nutritionist noted that with such a diet Sokolova definitely is not threatened with overweighting.

Nutritionist Svetlana Nezvanova suggested a different diet. 15 grams of oats with milk and a loaf. Soup and cabbage salad with buckwheat for lunch and pollock with sea kale for dinner.

On October 12, the governor of the region, Radayev, dismissed Sokolova from the post of Minister of Labor. This happened the next day after a video, where an official explains to a regional duma deputy that a diet for 3.5 thousand rubles per month is sufficient for “minimal physiological needs” (the subsistence minimum in the region is 7,241 rubles), appeared on the internet. According to the official, with this money, you can afford a dietary, but balanced menu. During the conversation, Sokolova was asked to try to eat for the same amount. However, the official said that her status does not allow her to go for such an experiment.

As it turned out, the income of the official herself, according to the data for 2017, was 191,000 rubles per month.
