Earlier, the Bagdasaryan's lawyer Alena Dornak asked the court not to punish her client severely taking into account her remorse and a statement that she will pay all fines in the near future.
In addition, the lawyer listed multiple diseases and injuries of her client - heart disease, asthma, diabetes, brain hemorrhage anamnesis morbi, spinal cord injury, bruised lungs and closed fracture of the right half of the chest.
